Forms of payment: We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard & Discover and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Credit Card Required To Book: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a room, which will be applied to the remaining balance due.
​
Minimum Age To Book A Room: Guests booking rooms must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo identification is required upon check-in.
​
Noise: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm to preserve a restful environment for other guests.
​
Room Damage: The credit card provided will be charged for damage to the room.
​
Excessive Cleaning: The credit card provided will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
​
No Smoking: There is no smoking allowed within our buildings or on our porches. A $200 fee will be charged to the provided credit card if remediation is necessary to eliminate smoke smell.

Reservation Cancellation Policies

In an effort to better serve all our guests, and to allow us time to re-rent the accommodations you are cancelling, the following cancellation policies will be applied.

If room(s) have been reserved during peak periods including, holidays or local festivals, any changes or cancellations are required 7 days prior to check-in.

If room(s) have been reserved during an on off-peak period, you must notify us no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
​
*If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation by the times listed above, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation. After the cancellation period has ended this reservation becomes non-refundable.

We are a small, family owned business and we reserve the right to cancel a reservation or refuse service to anyone.
